I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, go to the login form and press the ‘Lost your password’ button which is placed right under the log in button. After pressing on it, a new page will open where you can place your username or email. After you have put your email and click reset password, an email will be sent where you can place your new password.
How do I gain points?

How can I pay for my order?
For your orders you can pay with cash when you receive your order.
I have a problem with my order. What should I do?

How do I place an order?
Choose the desired products that you want to buy. Go to the cart and look at your chosen products and the quantity of the product. If you want to continue shopping, press the “CONTINUE SHOPPING” button. Otherwise if you are done choosing items, press the “CHECKOUT” button.
Then fill the asked requirements and press the “PLACE ORDER” button at the end of the page.
After you have clicked the button, a notice will come up that your order has been placed successfully.
Can I make changes to my cart? How?
Yes of course!
If you want to delete a product:
First step:
At your cart you can click the trash icon besides the product name on the right.
Second step:
Press the “VIEW CART” button and you can remove a product by clicking on the ‘x’ next to the product.
If you want to change the quantity:
First step:
At your cart, below the product name and price there is a button where you can click on the ‘+’ to raise the quantity of that product, or the ‘-‘ to lower the quantity of that product.
Second step:
At VIEW CART you can edit the Quantity by clicking the arrows, which are shown when you hover the mouse over the button. Then press on the UPDATE CART to update the changes.
How do I make changes after I have placed an order?
If you have placed an order but want to make changes to it, you can send us an email at: [email protected] within 24 hours.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Orders are placed only online at our website. You can open the website to place an order whether you are on your computer or cell phone.
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
The moment your order will be send over for shipping, you will receive an email saying your order has been shipped.
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order you have placed within 24 hours saying that you want to cancel the order, you have to send us an email at:

If the order already has been shipped, then you will have to pay for the delivery payment.
In Tirana the delivery payment is: 200 lek when the product is sent to you, and 200 lek when you sent it back. That is 400 lek in total.
Outside of Tirana the delivery payment is: 300 lek when the product is sent to you, and 300 lek when you sent it back. That is 600 lek in total.
I have received the wrong item. What should I do?
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us through our email [email protected] ,and we will send you the correct product and will cover the payment of the delivery of the product you will sent back and the delivery payment of the correct product you will receive.
There is an item missing from my order. What should I do?
If there is a missing item from your order, please contact us through our email: [email protected] , and we will send you the missing item.

What do I do if I have not received my order?
For orders within Tirana, the order arrives one day after you place the order.
For orders outside Tirana, the order may be delayed 2-3 days.

What delivery options do you offer?
Shipping is done by a private post office, which provides the fastest, safest and cheapest way of shipping!
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All orders are processed within 1 business day.
For orders within Tirana, you will receive the order one day after placing the order.
For orders outside Tirana, the order may be delayed 2-3 days.
What are the charges for shipping?
Within Tirana, postage 200 ALL / free for orders over 9,500 ALL
Districts, Albania postage 300 ALL / free for orders over 9,500 ALL
Kosovo postage €7 / free for orders over €90
